1.) Return Policies

Magic Singles: Because of market fluctuations, we cannot offer a Return Policy on Magic Singles. However we do guarantee the conditions of our cards, and therefore if you are unhappy with the condition of any card you receive from us simply send the card back within 7 days for an exchange.  Unfortunately due to market volatility in the singles market, we cannot issue refunds for Magic singles.

Products & Product Accessories: If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of any product accessory purchased at M5Gaming.com, please return it to us within 10 days for a full refund or exchange.

 2.) Non-Receipt of Order

USPS: We prefer to ship via USPS, but have other options available.  We understand shipping and packaging costs are always a concern, and USPS allows us to keep these costs low.  Note that ALL of our First Class Shipping options include Delivery Confirmation, no matter the amount purchased.  Please be advised that we will not be responsible for singles lost in the mail sent via First Class, and this delivery method may take up two two weeks to arrive.  We do however 100% guarantee that each M5Gaming.com order is packaged and shipped promptly(most orders ship within 24 hours with larger orders shipping within 2-3 business days).
UPS: We now offer UPS as a shipping option for those who want tracking, shipping, and insurance bundled together in one shipping option. 
International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping for customers around the globe. 

3.) Order Cancellation

M5Gaming.com reserves the right to cancel any order outright or limit the quantity of part of an order at any time for any reason without prior notification. You will be immediately notified of the reasons your order was canceled, and any payment you made will be refunded immediately. Orders are very rarely canceled. If for any reason your order is canceled and you have not received a full refund for those canceled items, please email us for a swift resolution of this matter.
Reasons for cancelling an order may include:
POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT ORDER: Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
INCORRECT PRICING: Due to the sometimes volatile market for collectible products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
NON-PAYMENT: If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time (currently 1 day) after the order has been placed, we may cancel an order without notice.
DEALERS or RESELLERS: We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by resellers or dealers.  If you fall into this category, note that you are not eligible to use any coupon codes or discounts, nor eligible to win promotional products given away by M5Gaming.com

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE PURCHASE OF ANY ITEM:
We reserve the right to decline purchase of any item sold to our company for any reason. Possible reasons for opting not to purchase an item included, but are not limited to the following:
1. Item does not meet our standards.
2. Rapid price fluctuations. Due to the sometimes volatile nature of collectible products, sometimes prices will rapidly rise or fall significantly. Due to this, we reserve the right to send back any item for any reason.

4.) Out of stock

Occasionally our inventory is incorrect and we are out of stock of an item, when this happens we will notify you through the email you provided as soon as the discrepancy is revealed. We will also credit your store credit account for that balance immediately. As always you may request that the balance be refunded to you through the payment method you used to pay us. (i.e. we would send the refund to your Paypal account if you paid for your order through Paypal).

5.) Product Returns & Restocking Fees

All products you purchase from us are guaranteed to arrive undamaged, contact us immediately if there is a damaged item in your package. If you fail to inform us within 2 days of delivery we cannot accept your return. On all returned items there will be a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned to us within 10 business days. Failure to return items within that time will result in a penalty of an additional 10%, please return items quickly.

PLACING AN ORDER DOES NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH M5Gaming.com UNTIL AN ORDER IS ACCEPTED.
Placing an order does not enter into a contract with M5Gaming.com until the order is accepted. M5Gaming.com may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment.
An order is considered accepted after the following events occur:
1. An order is placed by the buyer.
2. The order is paid for by the buyer and received by the seller (M5Gaming.com).
3. The order is shipped by the seller (M5Gaming.com) to the buyer.
Until the order is shipped, we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason we see fit.
Confirmation of an order means acceptance of the terms listed on this page.
